SERVICE TERMS FOR CLIENT PROJECTS WITH KADILLAK PRODUCTIONS, LLC.
By executing a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or remitting the initial retainer to Kadillak Productions, LLC, the client agrees to these comprehensive Terms of Service. These terms dictate the execution of all production planning, filming, editing, and associated creative services.
Kadillak Productions, LLC strives to complete production milestones according to the timeline specified in the SOW. Estimated delivery dates depend on timely client approvals, access to required locations, and receipt of any necessary materials.
Clients are responsible for paying fees as invoiced by Kadillak Productions, LLC. Any approved third-party costs, including permits, rentals, talent, or location fees, are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon clearance of all outstanding invoices, the client retains ownership rights to finalized project deliverables as defined in the SOW. Kadillak Productions, LLC may retain rights to internal workflows, production processes, and pre-existing proprietary materials.
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice as defined in the client's specific SOW. Upon termination, Kadillak Productions, LLC will stop active project work and deliver completed items according to the applicable agreement terms.
